Activities and Leisure
Being in one of the most desirable locations on the planet has its benefits! Wanaka is one giant, picturesque playground with the town swelling over holiday periods and during the ski season. If mountain biking or walking is your thing, Maple Lodge is situated within close proximity to the Clutha River, and many kilometers of tracks around the Lake Wanaka and Hawea region. Ski and snowboard enthusiasts have three mountains to choose from – with Cardrona, Snow Farm and Treble Cone all close by. To top it off, a drying room and an outdoor spa pool means everything essential is catered for! |
