​Morsel is formed of two halves. Kate Morse and Eliot Thomas.

With a combined experience of over 30 years working in restaurants, cafes and bars they know their onions and have a passion for bringing delicious food to the wedding catering industry and beyond.

Morsel provides in house private chef and full hosting services for all occasions. From manning the BBQ on a sunny Sunday afternoon to banquet and formal sit down dinners. They come to you and will create around your personal preferences and budget.
