Booking Conditions

A deposit of 25% of the total booking value is required to secure the reservation.

The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made in writing, 30 days or more prior to arrival.

The deposit is non refundable if the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to arrival.

If the cancellation is made within 7 days prior to arrival, we will charge the full cost of the total booking.

Reservation made within 7 days of arrival will be charged in full at time of booking.

All cancellations incur a $25 cancellation fee per room. In the event of no show guest we will charge the full cost of the total booking.

We are a small establishment and as such cancellations affect us greatly.

If we are able to resell the booking then we will refund the cost of the booking less the cancellation fee.

Children

Children under the age of 5 years are only accepted by prior arrangement.

Children between  the age of 5-11 are accepted if they share a premium room on a roll out bed. Maximum 1 child in the room. $40 supplement.
Children over 12 are accepted in their own room.

Check in 2:30 pm 
Check out 10.30am 
If you would like a later check out time please ask as we may be able to accommodate you. 

Smoking

Maple Lodge is a non-smoking establishment. Guests may only smoke outside.

Pets

Guest pets are not allowed.
Family dog on site

Packages

Packages advertised on this web site may only be booked direct with Maple Lodge, may not be used with any other offer and are non-commissionable.
In the event of the activity being cancelled an alternative activity will be offered or a refund of the activity at cost price may be made..
All packages and requested dates are subject to availability.

Rates

GST is inclusive at the rate of 12.5%. Surcharge may apply if GST rate changes.
